Is my Equipment included?

Equipment is not included unless specified in your package. Individuals are responible for the condition of their equipment.

Do I need a liftpass?

All skischool guests except absolute beginners need a valid liftpass from the first day which is not included in the course price. Kids up to the age of 6 can purchase a Minicard at a lower rate.

Where will I meet my instructor?

What is the procedure for lunch breaks?

There are 2 options:

    • Nr. 1 11:30 you can pick up your kids, make your own lunch arrangements and then return back at 13:00 to the meetingpoint pre-arranged with your instructor.
    • Nr. 2 For a €12,– fee your instructor will supervise your children providing food and drinks in a specified restaurant together with other kids. This option needs to be pre-booked before lesson-start in the morning.
Where do I meet my child at the end of the day?

Your instructor will inform you at the start of the day.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

Minimum is 3 persons per group. Maximum is 8-10 persons although we do our best to keep to these group numbers.

Under certain circumstances group sizes may be larger than specified for a minimal time.

Are instructors available throughout the day on request?

Especially during high season it may not be possible to have an instructor on request unless pre booked. We highly recommend to book your instructor in advance so as not to be disapointed.

Can I choose what group my children go into?

Within group lessons our instructors will make an assessment on day one of the course and groups will be split according to ability and safety factors. This enables us to provide the safest environment for your kids to learn. Throughout the course the instructors can decide to move students between groups according to their progression.

Do I have to wear a helmet in the lesson?

Children aged under 16 by Austrian law have to wear a helmet. Students over the age of 16 is at their discretion however we highly recommend a helmet to be always worn.

Are courses weather dependant?

All courses proceed regardless of weather conditions. There is no refund or cancellation procedure due to bad weather.

Can there be a course refund due to injury or illness?

Only if a valid doctors note is provided and the percentage of the refund will be decided by the skischool.

What is the procedure for running late?

Within private lesson our instructors have a very tight time schedules so once a lesson is booked for a specific time we cannot overrun the lesson to make up for lateness. So we always specify prompt time keeping to avoid disappointment.

Within group lessons the group cannot wait longer than max. 5 minutes after start time as so not to disrupt the group. However you will be instructed as to where the group is to be found in our skischool office.

Are weekend courses available?

In general courses run from Sunday to Friday however on request we can accomodate Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Sunday courses if needed.
